Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management tool, which will give you full authority over your e-mailbox accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-handle GUI, you can create a brand new e-mail account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. What's more, you can forward mail messages from one email box to another, finetune e-mail filters, set up auto-response messages and defend your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesirable electronic mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming email messages based on specific rules defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly set up an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and select the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming email messages from one email mailbox to another, or even to a number of other e-mailbox accounts. Simply specify the e-mailbox account you would like to forward e-mail messages from, then specify the destination e-mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly configure the mail client of your liking to access your mailboxes. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you want to set up on your PC or cellular phone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple email mailboxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will handle the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
